Duerr’s
Duerr’s is the oldest family-owned jam maker in England.
Based in Manchester and making quality preserves to family recipes for over 135 years. From classic marmalades and jams to a range of traditional condiments, the Duerr’s name is a stamp of approval from the UK’s oldest preserves producers.
Rosnay
Rosnay is a certified organic farm, family owned and run, based in Canowindra, NSW.
Producing award winning Organic, vegan friendly, and preservative free wines. Also a range of organic olives, olive oil and dried figs.
Bornibus
Alexander Bornibus became one of the kings of mustard in France.
In 1864 he filed a patent for a “way to sift mustard”. This reflected his talent for innovation and success naturally followed. Today Bornibus is still a family owned business offering a traditional range of mustards, pickles and condiments.
Ferns
Over 85 years ago an enterprising Mrs. N. Fernandes started making curry pastes and pickles in Pune, high up in the Western Ghats, 100 miles East of Old Bombay, India.
Her authentic products quickly found favour with the British soldiers garrisoned locally and she successfully pioneered the concept of wet condiment curry pastes in an exciting range of different recipes and flavours and forever captured the imagination of the DIY Cook.
